I’ve always enjoyed spicy food. From putting mounds of jalapenos on my nachos at the Astros games as a kid, to trying my first Habanero in 1994. I’ve been hooked on hot stuff my whole life! I’ve been referred to as a spicy specialist, hot sauce guru, culinary masochist, & out of my mind. I started this site to be your HOT SPOT for in-depth reviews of spicy hot food, sauces, peppers, restaurants, or anything else that makes your mouth burn! I’ve dedicated the last five years of my life to tasting the biggest, baddest, and hottest the spicy world has to offer, and in the last two years it has become a full time job. I’m the only man ever to complete the Four Horsemen Burger (San Antonio, TX) El Diablo Burger (Houston, TX) and Bushido Spicy Tuna Roll (Charleston, SC) eating challenges on video. I’ve tasted over two thousand hot and spicy products in my lifetime, and try to attend every major hot sauce festival in the U.S. annually.
