Well folks, once again Scrovak’s computer is once again amiss. Fortunately, my new Droid is better than my old crackberry, so i can still do a post! This Screekend I’m reviewing Peppers’ Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.


water,raspberries, cane sugar, red bell peppers, apple cider vinegar, jalapeno peppers, red raspberry puree, xanthan gum, chipotle pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, propylene glycol alginate, black pepper, less than 1/10 of 1% potassium sorbate added as a preservative and natural flavor.


Pretty nifty cloth tied around the top, bottle decorated with pastel colors and a funky hippy looking sun on the bottle. It contains a thick brown-red sauce with an appropriately delicious smelling chipotle raspberry sauce.



I give it a mild in heat and a nice in flavor. It’s got a smoky sweetness to it, with a good texture of raspberry seeds. I could probably mix it with cream cheese for a great dip, or my usual method: mix with whiskey. Yum!
