Now that’s out of the way, so we can focus on today’s review, that was supposed to be yesterday’s review, that was supposed to be Friday’s review.

The video below is my review of Judo Joel’s Asian-Infused Jamaican Jerk Marinade. In order to enjoy an Asian-Infused Jamaican Jerk, you must first be familiar with a Jamaican Jerk. No, I’m not referring to the guy that annoys you at the port of a Jamaican cruise. I’m talking about the Jamaican method of making some damn tasty chicken.

There are two types of jerk; a wet jerk, and a dry jerk. As perverted as that may sound it just refers to either wet or dry ingredients used to marinate the chicken. We have a sauce, so this is considered a wet jerk. If you’re still confused, contact us instead of doing a search. Trust me on this one.
