Product reviews are great, but let’s face the fact that there is the potential for too much of a good thing. If I started cranking out 5-6 product reviews a week you would either go broke buying everything, or get overwhelmed with what to buy first. A nice balance is usually a good thing. That’s why I’ve decided to encourage some of the most talented culinary minds in the hot sauce and BBQ biz to share all kinds of good information with you right here. Starting tomorrow there will be some new contributors to our little site.

The people that make the products you enjoy know what they’re talking about when it comes to heat. They’ve made careers out of finding new ways to make spicy dishes, and make them taste better. Now they will be sharing all the latest, greatest, best, and brightest as guest bloggers for EAT MORE HEAT! They will be sharing news, announcements, recipes, and spicy interest on a weekly basis, and add a little variety to my boring product reviews.

Now I know what you’re thinking, and don’t you worry your chile little heads. I will be keeping an eye on them, and we won’t have the spicy version of Craigslist on our hands. Everything that gets posted will be informative and relevant, or I will go Donald Trump on them and start firing volunteers. We’re a year old now (no birthday wishes please), and it’s about time we lived up to our claim “Your source for all things spicy!” Make sure to check back frequently because if this thing goes crazy there may be 2 or 3 new posts a day. I’m really excited about all the new stuff we will see, and I look forward to all the great posts that will make up for my lame ones.
